Theme: High-Impact Workplaces, Where People, Space & Technology Perform

Join peers, partners, and industry experts for an afternoon focused on how collaboration and AV technologies are reshaping the future of work. Kinly Inspire is designed to bring together different perspectives, spark new thinking, and create valuable connections across our community.

Through a carefully curated mix of expert insights, live demonstrations, and open discussions, you’ll gain practical ideas you can take back into your own organisation. Just as importantly, it’s an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, exchange experiences with others, and be part of the conversations defining what comes next.

From Technology to Performance

This year’s theme explores how organisations move beyond deploying technology to creating workplaces that truly perform. As work environments become more dynamic, the focus shifts to building connected ecosystems where people, space, and technology work seamlessly together. Inspire 2026 brings this to life by showcasing how leading organisations are designing and operating high-impact workplaces that drive productivity, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

By combining real-world experiences with forward-looking perspectives, the event highlights how to close the gap between investment and adoption, and how to turn collaboration technology into a true enabler of performance.
