Eoin Mulligan is a Trusted AI Advisor at Microsoft, based in Ireland, specialising in the responsible adoption of Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot. He works closely with organisations to address challenges around AI governance, privacy, security, accessibility and compliance, helping teams adopt AI with confidence and trust. Known for bridging technical capability with practical risk management, Eoin collaborates across legal, compliance and engineering functions to enable sustainable, trustworthy AI at scale. An Accessibility Champion at Microsoft and a frequent industry speaker, he brings a strong focus on inclusive, human‑centred AI to every engagement.

Dr Lollie Mancey

Head of Innovation, InsTech.ie

Dr Lollie Mancey is an anthropologist, futurist and innovation strategist specialising in the intersection of AI, culture and the future of work. She is Head of Innovation at InsTech.ie and a familiar voice in media as co presenter of RTÉ’s Futureville. Lollie works with organisations across sectors to help them navigate technological change, build human centred AI strategies and develop future ready leadership. Known for her engaging and thought provoking style, she brings a cultural lens to AI that helps leaders understand not just what is changing, but how it will feel, land and reshape behaviour inside organisations.

Senior Project leader, Cisco

Patrick is a senior product leader with nearly 20 years of experience across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market strategies focused on global markets. A passionate advocate for customer experience and interdisciplinary innovation, he is a regular speaker at international AI and industry events. Patrick is also the co-founder of the AtlanTec Conference, one of the largest IT events in Ireland. He holds an honours degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and professional credentials from Harvard Business School and the Irish Management Institute.
